Operating at 1000psi of pressure provides you with a system that is able to create a super fine mist/fog that flash evaporates, absorbing huge amounts of heat quickly, efficiently and effectively cooling the surrounding environment. This means that there is a uniform and constant atomisation which creates the coolest possible temperatures with a very dry feeling to the skin. Whether you are in a dry climate or a humid climate, high-pressure mist systems are the most recommended and effective systems available when installed and operated correctly.
Our systems are available in mist line and mist fans or if using a combination of both we are able to combine the evaporative and convective cooling (wind chill factor) to achieve significant results.
All pumps are  certified and equipped with a pump range that caters from 4 to 800 nozzles.
All units only require water and power for operation. We supply the complete package of components either as a full unit ready to be installed or as individual components to compliment a previously installed system.
A chemical dosing pump can be added to your misting system to introduce odour-neutralizes, aromas or sanitisers.
Don’t be fooled by low pressure misting systems.
Low pressure systems generally rely on tap water pressure (less than 120psi pressure) where only partial evaporation of the water takes place with the surrounding area becoming wet and only a modest change in the air temperature being achieved.

The ECO series pump range utilises direct drive design providing quality and value for the most economical solution to domestic and light commercial misting systems. These units will suit applications from 4 nozzles - 100 nozzles. This unit is not enclosed but is supplied with a stylish carry handle.

This range has several added features which include an integrated cooling fan and integrated water tank. It also has the option to upgrade to the TechNet electronic programmable timer. This range of pumps is suited to residential and commercial applications where value and price are of primary significance. These units will suit applications from 4 nozzles - 100 nozzles.

The PRO series pump range includes an enclosed direct drive pump design with all the features of the PREMIUM series. There are additional features with moulded inlay ceramic pistons and double seals with recycling of water losses. Like the PREMIUM series the PRO also has the option to upgrade to the TechNet electronic programmable timer. This heavy duty range of pumps is best suited to commercial and light industrial applications where value and price are of key significance. These units' will suit applications from 4 nozzles- 200 nozzles.

CoolMist INDUSTRIAL Series Pumps

Depending on the application CoolMist pump range includes single and three phase modules using Bertolini pumps ranging from 20 to 600 nozzles and our CAT pumps providing solutions from 20 to 800 nozzles,(using #2nozzles @ 80ml/min).
We have both direct drive and pulley driven pumps in our industrial range which incorporates our highest rated industrial duty motor and pump combination. Our pumps feature triplex design ceramic plungers. Unique spring loaded inlet valves and the flow through ceramic plungers provide a smooth steady flow. Our units are equipped with a digital programmable timer that provides automated cycling times to your requirements. These units are the preferred choice for industrial applications when quality, flexibility and robust operation is required.

CoolMist Misting Fans

CoolMist has high quality axial mist fans to provide ventilation and air flow for warehouses, industrial sites, domestic and commercial areas.
Fan sizes are 45cm/18" and 60cm/24".
Our 60cm/24" fans are available in two options-High power industrial fan @ 330 watts offering extended cooling performance and greater durability, while our medium power fans @ 150 watts are best suited to domestic and commercial applications.

CoolMist TURBO FOG Range

The CoolMist Turbo Fog 200 - is a powerful mobile fan which disperses air and water into fine droplets throughout the surrounding areas. The fan is installed on a wheeled trolley with pneumatic tyres so it can be easily maneuvered and placed wherever you require. This unit is suited for cooling in large open areas such as sporting events, concerts, parks, gardens, workshops, factories and much more. It is also suited to dust suppression in areas where airborne dust can cause a problem such as construction yards, composting systems, quarries, recycling facilities or transfer stations where mobile units are preferred. It can also be used for odour control applications by adding product directly to the water tank as required.

The CoolMist Turbo Fog 500 - combines an oscillating fan, high pressure nozzles, electric control switchboard, a hydraulic control unit consisting of electric motor unit, pump and 120ltr capacity tank. It can be situated on a wall or mounted on a skid or trailer mount for mobile use. The fogger is used for applications similar to the Turbo Fog 200 and can have a dosing pump added to the system to assist with the neutralization of unwanted odours.

ACCESSORIES

Filters
Filters are fitted to the pump unit to reduce and control sediment and other particulates from the water supply. This will help to stop the nozzles and pump from blocking.

Misting nozzles
Our high precision nozzles are available in either brass or stainless steel. The orifices have been carefully engineered to produce an optimum spray pattern with water droplets as small as 5 microns. Quality nozzles means much longer service life.

Mist Line And Connectors
| |
| Our high pressure flexible nylon tube is rated at 1980psi pressure and is 3% UV treated. This combined with brass push fit connections makes for ease of assembly. Stainless steel line (304 or 316) is also available using compression fittings. |
