Akkuajet Dust Control System is a proven method of dust suppression.
The Akkuajet system ejects through the nozzles tiny water drops which colliding with the dust particles capture the dust and per effect of gravity fall to the ground. To capture different dust sizes, different size nozzles have been installed. The size of the drops depends on the nozzle size mounted which varies from 20 to 200 micron. Smaller nozzles are available to suppress dust sizes of 10 micron.
650 trials have been documented in all sectors regarding dust emissions.
The trials conducted by primary health and environmental firms have certified a decrease of dust particles of 50% minimum, in the worst operational conditions.
